  2. Generate an SSH-2 RSA key pair. If your technical resource is unsure how to generate these, you can find instructions her e . It MUST be an SSH-2 RSA key pair and other SSH types will not work.
  3. Set up your SFTP site. You'll need to create a new site for the MineralTree integration that contains the following information:
      • Protocol: SFTP - SSH File Transfer Protocol
      • Host: Provided by your implementation consultant
      • Port: Leave blank
      • Logon: Select "Key file"
      • User: Your SFTP username provided by your Implementation consultant
      • Key file: Your private SSH key you created in the step above
    • You can find instructions here along with how to install an SFTP site from scratch if you don't have one.
  4. Familiarize yourself with the Integration Guide for the Universal Connector.
  5. Ensure Port 22 is open for SFTP transfers.
  6. Data housekeeping. If you have duplicate vendors, inactive vendors or dimensions (e.g. class, department, location etc) that you do not want to use in MineralTree, clean them up in your ERP.
