Summary: Reviews how to remove, add, or modify admin users.
MineralTree Administrators cannot directly modify any administrator ("admin") users and must route such requests through MineralTree Support. This article provides guidelines for how to complete this process.
Double Confirmation Required
For security purposes, all admin user management requires double confirmation. That is, both written and verbal authorization.
Authorization consists of:
- Identifying who you are and affirming you are a MineralTree admin
- Identifying the admin user you want added/removed/modified, including:
- Name
- Email Address
- (If adding an admin) Phone number for 2FA
- (If adding an admin) Any other roles or privileges the user should have
- (If modifying) - any other details which need modification
- (Optional) A reason for the additional / removal / modification
Authorization Methods
- To provide written authorization, email mtsupport@mineraltree.com - for best results, include "admin" in the subject.

What if there are no valid admin users in my company?
If there are no valid admin users in your company, please contact MineralTree Support and describe your circumstances. We will take extra steps to handle your scenario with caution and work with known contacts to appoint an admin appropriately.
