How-To
- Log into MineralTree as a user with the Accounting Manager role.
- Navigate to the Search page using the navigation bar.
- Search for the credit you wish to delete. You can use the simple search bar or advanced search. The example shown illustrates a search by vendor name.
Click the trash can icon to the right of the entry.
A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the deletion. Double-check your request and click OK to delete the credit, or Cancel to retain it. Proceed with caution, as deletions cannot be undone.
- Done! The credit is now deleted.

Can I undelete a credit? No, credits cannot be undeleted. If you accidentally delete a credit that you need, the best solution is to delete and recreate the credit within your accounting system.
I'm trying to delete a credit, but there isn't a trash can icon available. Why can't it be deleted? Credits can only be deleted if their status is Unapplied. If the status is Partially Applied or Applied, the credit cannot be deleted.
