Password Resets

    • Two‑factor authentication is required.
    • A temporary reset link is sent to the user’s email.
  • Account lockouts:
    • Accounts are automatically locked after 10 unsuccessful login attempts.
    • Locked users must contact account administrators to unlock their accounts and request a new password.
    • If administrators are locked out, Customer Support must be contacted.
  • Best practice:
    • If you have already made five or more failed login attempts, reset your password proactively to avoid lockout.
