Summary: Use invoice and purchase order reports to track invoice status, review line-level coding, and monitor purchase order activity.

Overview

Invoice and purchase order reports show what is open, what has been paid, and how invoices were coded to your general ledger.

Available reports and columns may vary based on your ERP integration. Your ERP is the accounting system connected to MineralTree, such as NetSuite or QuickBooks.


Which invoice report should I use?


Open Invoices

The Open Invoices report includes invoices that are open or in draft status.

Use this report to:

  • Monitor outstanding balances
  • Review approval progress
  • Identify invoices that may need attention
  • Review due dates and accounting periods
