How to Reset Password

Click Forgot Password on the login page.
- Login pages are sometimes different for different companies. For instance, your login page might be pay.mineraltree.com, but you may be trying to sign in at payments.mineraltree.com.
- Enter your email address.
- An email will be sent to the address you entered, containing a temporary link (valid for 72 hours or until first clicked) to change your password.
- After clicking the temporary link, you’ll be prompted to enter a two-factor authentication code to change your password.
- Your password must meet certain criteria to be accepted.
Troubleshooting
Not receiving the email?
- Check that the email hasn’t gone to your spam folder.
