MineralTree Shows "Connected" But Not Syncing

Summary: How to troubleshoot your MineralTree sync if you notice that MineralTree appears to be connected, but your sync is not current.

A common way to resolve this issue is to disconnect and reconnect MineralTree and your accounting software. Please click on the applicable article below based on your accounting software. 

Please note: This article is only referring to cloud connectors. If you have a connector installed on your desktop or server, the sync status indicator will only show Connected if your sync is up to date.
