Summary: When the credentials for a QuickBooks Online Administrator change (for example, if they leave the organization or reset their password), QuickBooks Online will stop syncing with MineralTree. To restore the connection, you must disconnect and then reconnect QuickBooks Online using valid Administrator credentials. This article explains how to complete the process.
Disconnect QuickBooks Online from MineralTree
- Log in to MineralTree as an Accounting Manager user

Click your initials in the upper right and select Company Profile from the dropdown

Click Disconnect from QuickBooks.
Reconnect QuickBooks Online to MineralTree

Click Connect to QuickBooks.

Enter QuickBooks Online user credentials

You must be an Administrator in QuickBooks Online to authorize the connection to MineralTree.
- If you are logged into QuickBooks Online as a non-Administrator, log out of QuickBooks first or else you won't be able to authorize the connection.
