Summary: Provides an overview of the different elements and details available on the Invoice History page.
Invoice History allows users to review past activity on an invoice. It adds transparency and gives insight into the changes made throughout the invoice’s lifecycle.
Accessing Invoice History
To view Invoice History:

Open any invoice in MineralTree.

Click the History tab, located to the right of the Approvals tab.
Tracked Fields + Details
Inside the History tab, you’ll see a table that logs key events, including:
- Create
- Save
- Post
For each event, the following details are recorded:
- Time of event
- Action that took place
- User who performed the action
- User’s Email
- Source of the change (i.e. within MineralTree or via sync)

This is just the beginning of Invoice History. More features will be added over time to expand its functionality and give users even deeper visibility.
