Invoice History enables users to take a closer look at past activities on a given invoice. This provides a new level of transparency and insight into the modifications made during the lifecycle of an invoice.
This page gives an overview of the different elements and details available when viewing the History page.
Accessing Invoice History
After opening any invoice, Invoice History can be found under the History tab, located to the right of the Approvals tab.
Tracked Fields + Details
Within this tab, users can see a table depicting a log of the following events:
- Create
- Save
- Post
For each possible events, the Invoice History will record the following details:
- Time of event
- Action that took place
- User who performed the action
- User’s Email
- Source of the change (i.e. within MineralTree or via sync)
