Overview
Organizations may need to remove unused apps to free up limited slots for “uncertified apps,” which includes the MineralTree Xero integration as of January 2025.
Removing and re‑adding a Connected App generally does not resolve integration issues and should not be used as a troubleshooting step unless directed.
How to Remove a Connected App in Xero
- Log in to Xero as a user with the Advisor role.
- Click the organization name in the upper‑right corner and select Settings.
- On the Organization Settings page, select Connected Apps.
- Locate the app you want to remove and click Disconnect (or Remove, depending on your Xero UI).
